'brownfield' development land as well as boatyards, historic
warehouses and lock cottages.
Our residential portfolio ranges from one bedroom flats to
four bedroom mansion houses. Commercial assets include retail,
office, industrial and leisure properties varying in size from 50
sq m to 6,400 sq m. The majority of our
properties are located canalside and form part of the Ancient
Scheduled Monument.
The total annual income generated by our commercial and
residential property portfolio is in excess of £400K.
