Are you open?
From the 18th of July 2020 the Caledonian Canal Centre will be open for takeaway ice-cream, snacks and drinks from our Grab & Go station. We will also be offering a selection of our best selling gifts and mementos from the gift shop.
- Wednesday – Sunday, 10.00 – 16.00.
From the 15th of July 2020 the Lock Chamber rooms will be available for booking. Additional cleaning measures are being implemented to ensure our guests have a safe and comfortable stay while visiting the beautiful Scottish Highlands.
I have a room booked with you, can I still come?
In line with Scottish Government advice, bookings from the 15th of July 2020 will be available.
Can I cancel or postpone my booking for your Lock Chambers?
Yes. All our bookings are made through Airbnb, Booking.com or Expedia. These operators have changed their cancellation policies in line with the current situation and if you want to re-book or cancel you can do so through the booking platform you originally used. Only if you booked through Airbnb we are able to change your booking for you in case you wanted to postpone. Cancellation is done by guests direct through the Airbnb platform.
