Are you open?

Yes, the Caledonian Canal Centre is currently open Wednesday to Sunday 10am-4pm with access to retail, seating and toilets.

The cafe is not currently open but the Grab and Go takeaway menu is available Wednesday to Sunday 10am-4pm.

Can I cancel or postpone my booking for your Lock Chambers?

Yes. All our bookings are made through Airbnb, Booking.com or Expedia. These operators have changed their cancellation policies in line with the current situation and if you want to re-book or cancel you can do so through the booking platform you originally used. Only if you booked through Airbnb we are able to change your booking for you in case you wanted to postpone. Cancellation is done by guests direct through the Airbnb platform.

Do I need to register my contact details as part of NHS Scotland Test & Protect Service/Check in Scotland? 

The Check in Scotland scheme will be in place and we kindly ask all of our customers to scan the code and check in accordingly. A QR code will be available on the Test & Protect posters at the Caledonian Canal Centre where you can register through our free wifi feature or through the Check in Scotland app. A member of staff may ask you for your information if you do not have a mobile phone or cannot access the internet.
