Are you open?
The Caledonian Canal Centre indoor catering, toilets, gift shop and the Lock Chambers rooms are currently closed in line with Government advice.
From Thursday 8th April takeaway catering will be available Wednesday to Sunday 10am-4pm.
What are your plans for re-opening The Caledonian Canal Centre and Lock Chamber rooms?
8th April 2021 – Caledonian Canal Centre re-opens for take-away catering (Wednesday to Sunday, 10am-4pm)
26th April 2021 – Cafe, gift shop and Lock Chambers re-open in line with government guidance.
Can I cancel or postpone my booking for your Lock Chambers?
Yes. All our bookings are made through Airbnb, Booking.com or Expedia. These operators have changed their cancellation policies in line with the current situation and if you want to re-book or cancel you can do so through the booking platform you originally used. Only if you booked through Airbnb we are able to change your booking for you in case you wanted to postpone. Cancellation is done by guests direct through the Airbnb platform.
