Boaters Survey and Annual Report 2018/19

This first version of the Boaters’ Report refers to 2018/19 accounts and 2019 customer satisfaction results as these were what we had available prior to Covid-19 lockdown. Future reports will capture accounts and satisfaction levels in the same financial year.
