3 June 2019

Please note, Lock 34 on the Forth & Clyde Canal between Stockingfield junction and the Clyde Canal junction is temporarily closed to navigation due to a failure of the downstream lock gate sluice.

Contractors will be on site from 11am on the 3rd of June with a diving team to investigate the matter but this area will remain closed to navigation until further notice.

Regular updates will be available on our website, as well as on our Facebook and Twitter pages.

We will endeavour to get the gates back into operation as quickly as possible and thank you in advance for your co-operation and patience.
