Roughcastle Tunnel works

Roughcastle tunnel at The Falkirk Wheel will be undergoing works from 23rd June to 1st July 2022 with restricted towpath access.

Works will be undertaken at the tunnel from Wednesday 23rd June to Friday 1st July – excluding the weekend of 25th and 26th July. During the works there will be no access to the towpath, however boats will still be able to navigate. This is to allow our operations team to carry out works on the lighting.
