Muiravonside Country Park
This stunning park offers a variety of attractions, including a mini demonstration farm, a sculpture trail, a play park, and beautiful trails for exploration.
Muiravonside is Falkirk's only Country Park, providing 170 acres of stunning woodland and parkland, a mini demonstration farm, a sculpture trail and a children's play area.Â
The River Avon trail runs through the site, and the John Muir Way passes close by too, offering lots of opportunities for exploring the local area. The John Muir Way can be accessed by following the wooden stairs from the river path up to the top of the impressive Avon aqueduct.Â
The Sculpture and Poetry trail added to the park in 2016 can be enjoyed by heading through the archway beside the main car park and then following the 'art in the park' way markers and map boards.
The park also has a great play area and two adventure trails featuring chunky wooden play equipment.Â
