We have now completed the refurbishment of the Customer Facilities block at The Falkirk Wheel and these are now open for our boating community and campervan customers to use.  

The project delivered a complete refurbishment of the New Port Downie toilets, showers and chemical toilet waste disposal and we also installed a dedicated baby changing facility.

Features designed to reduce water and energy consumption contribute to our commitment to Net Zero and the project forms part of our Capital Improvement Programme.

The new facility was designed by Smith Scott Mullan Architects and constructed by EC Specialist Contractors.
