Boating Customer Charter

Scottish Canals' Boating Customer Charter provides boating customers with information about canal facilities, operational arrangements and standards and provides signposting to other relevant policies, terms & conditions and strategies. 

We will revisit and revalidate the Charter on a regular basis to ensure it remains relevant and accurate.
