Navigation Disruption: Banavie Bridge, Caledonian Canal

Customers are advised that Banavie Swing Bridge is currently closed to canal navigation due to a mechanical failure. Engineers from BEAR Scotland have undertaken an inspection to identify the issue and spare part has been sourced. 

The bridge will remain closed to vessels until Monday 20th October, when a limited number of manual swings will to allow boats to pass through.
