Temporary Towpath Closure - Lock 4 to Oakfield Bridge, Crinan Canal

From 22nd October to 12th November, our contractors will be carrying out construction works on the stretch of the Crinan Canal from Lock 4 to Oakfield Bridge. 

We are replacing two sets of steps, located either side of the Ardrishaig Bowling and Tennis Club, which allow access from the pavement adjacent to the A83 trunk road to the canal. 

Signage will be in place along this stretch of the canal with a map showing an alternative route to Oakfield Bridge (by Linnet Court).
