Scottish Canals' customer and user group meetings are designed to support and encourage positive two-way communication, ensuring that boating customers, canal users, and residents can highlight areas of concern and potential issues affecting them, and that Scottish Canals can listen, respond and resolve as appropriate.

The meetings provide an opportunity for regular, meaningful engagement between Scottish Canals, our customers, communities and stakeholders.

Attendance at meetings is open to Scottish Canals customers, local residents and communities, as well as relevant / representative stakeholder groups.
