Guided heritage walks at Bowling Harbour
Overview
Join Scottish Canals Heritage Manager, Chris O'Connell, for a gentle walk to discover the fascinating history and heritage of Bowling Harbour, the Forth & Clyde Canal, and the area’s industrial heritage.
Location
The walk takes place at 11am and 2pm, starting from Customs House at Bowling Harbour. The route is along our towpaths which are level and mostly accessible by wheelchair and people with limited mobility. The walk will last around one hour, including time for stops at points of interest along the route. There are toilet facilities and car parking available as well as public transport links.
