Due to minor engineering works at Lock 6, transit through the canal will not be possible on Thursday 30th and Friday 31st July. Â Boats may still enter at either end of the canal but will be held at Lock 5 or Lock 8 depending on your direction of travel. We expect normal transit to resume by Saturday morning.
